On July 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Cambi will hold a special auction as delegate for the sale of ALMA S.p.A. – Employment Agency Preventive Arrangement No. 8/2019 of the Court of Naples. The auction will concern the sale of two lots of assets of various kinds, which are part of the assets of the company in composition.

The sale will take place through a competitive procedure, as detailed in the attached Specification, which will replace Cambi’s usual conditions of sale. This procedure has been approved by the Court of Naples to ensure maximum transparency and fairness in the alienation of assets.
