Cambi Casa d’Aste presents the auction “Maiolicas, Porcelains, and a Venetian Glass,” scheduled for April 15, 2026, in Genoa — an event dedicated to the excellence of European ceramic arts, with a special focus on ancient Persian ceramics. The remarkable history of this tradition is represented here by a rare early 12th-century cup, whose decoration, featuring arabesque motifs and stylized vegetal elements, is enhanced by polychrome enamels and gilding on a turquoise ground.
